In 1981 I obtained my construction supervisors license (un-restricted) and enjoyed working as a contractor performing fine finish carpentry all over the New England area. Many of my projects during this time involved new home construction with strong relationships involving real estate agents. Jumping into the Real Estate pool has always been a dream of mine. I have bought and sold many homes independently. Some new, and some needing a little TLC. I want to thank Vita for helping us sell a home on Plum Island.. Vita was excellent to work with. She went the extra mile to get the job done. She was willing to help with everything from removing lattice from around the house to making recommendations for a cleaning company .. Most of all, she worked diligently with members of the Conservation Committee to aid and close out numerous outstanding recommendations that were never addressed until it came time to sell. Without her tracking down documents and taking photos to document procedures were followed, the closing may not have gone through.
